• Normally, delivery is by Yamato Transport and is basically to the entrance. This option includes unpacking and installing the ceramic tile bath, and if desired, removal of the packaging materials.

• Beds and chairs have separate shipping costs, so there is no need to select this option.
• For the 1-week trial and rental, please keep the packaging materials. (We cannot collect them.)
• This is arranged as a furniture delivery service, not a regular parcel delivery service, so delivery will take longer than usual.
